Flamenco Beach & Resort Quseir ★★★★

Comfort in room area. Food is good and tasty. The location was good for my business trip purposes 1st line on the beach with good beach benches.

I booked Sea view room and arrived late around 8PM and on arrival I told the teller that I booked it seaview But was surprised that my room was garden view, and I was so tired to argue about this issue. And too many flies in the restaurant area which made eating a little uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful and always with a smile, the location is great for snorkeling and diving you can even snorkel from shore, landscape is really nice, food was good with different menu every day. My trip was planned to be only 4 nights but we extended 1 more as we really enjoyed our stay.

Only 2 issues, the public toilets were not clean, and the internet was not free. Other than that it was perfect, and I will definitely return.

Perfect place for relaxation. The place is perfect clen, the food was excellent with great variety. We went to visit Luxor from here (4,5 hours by car), it was a good adventurous addition to the week. I highly recommend the visit! The staff spoke English, German and Italian.

The wifi didn't work (amd it was for extra charge), so we had to use the international roaming, because we needed to work during the visit.

The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.

Dirty swimming pools. We were having breakfast and the decided to close the restaurant before we finish and they remove all food and coffee!

The diving center in the ressort, www.diving.de Flamenco is by far the best on the Southern Red Sea, and it was the ONLY reason to book the Flamenco ressort. The pool area was nice, beach/reef awesome, food was mostly ok, really nice salads (but: forget about the sweets and desserts, no taste, just gelatine).

Upon arrival we had to change our room 3 times (broken window, really old matress, you saw the body-shapes of generations sleeping here), and I had to debate for almost two hours, in order to make it clear, that yes, I booked "All-inclusive", which they did not give us at the beginning. In general, watch out: at the reception they treat booking.com-clients rather bad, "overpriced because of booking" is the excuse for everything (the ressort is focussing on TUI, Neckermann, Thomas Cook, travellers etc.). And it was definitely (and by far) not worth what we paid for it (300 €/3 nights, double-room). Seaview-terrace was okay, but we had the Ali-Baba-Beach-Club in front, a nightmare (crazy-loud until 10-11 pm), and when you did 4 dives a day, and are looking for a night of sleep before a sunrise-dive at 5:30 a.m., this is just terrible. The food is edible, some meals are rather good.

The hotel was almost full but all well organized The air conditioning at my room was working perfect

The Air-conditioning system is either cold or hot. There is no control to chose a certain temperature. Not a lot of TV channels Bed was a bit hard but pillows were OK The security man spoke in a rude way

The food was amazing, staff extremely friendly. Beach had nice corals and fish and the animation team are entertaining. There was a different show each day.

We had to change rooms because the AC wasn't working. The whole hotel seems like it could use some serious maintenance especially regarding plumbing.
